Casa Nola es una vivienda de 131 m² en Cachipay, Cundinamarca diseñada por Yemail Arquitectura. Está construida en ladrillo recocido, con muros gruesos y formas simples que le dan un carácter muy claro y permiten que la casa se mezcle bien con el entorno.
Casa Nola is a 131 m² house in Cachipay, Cundinamarca designed by Yemail Arquitectura. Built in fired brick, it relies on thick walls and simple volumes that give the project a clear identity and help it blend naturally into the surrounding landscape.
El interior tiene un estilo minimalista: estructura de concreto a la vista, pisos naturales y mobiliario en madera que acompaña sin llamar la atención. Los espacios sociales se abren hacia el exterior con ventanales amplios, de modo que la vegetación y el paisaje se sienten siempre presentes.
The interior follows a minimalist approach: exposed concrete structure, natural flooring, and wooden furniture that complements the space without dominating it. Large windows open the social areas to the outside, allowing the vegetation and landscape to remain present throughout the day.
En el centro del proyecto aparece un volumen cilíndrico en ladrillo. Más que marcar una entrada formal, este volumen organiza la circulación interior y la escalera, convirtiéndose en un punto de referencia dentro de la casa. El plano seccional muestra cómo la vivienda se adapta al terreno inclinado sin grandes movimientos de tierra. La cubierta sigue esa pendiente, creando diferentes alturas y generando espacios interiores luminosos y conectados entre sí.
At the center of the project is a cylindrical brick volume. Rather than marking a formal entrance, it organizes the interior circulation and the staircase, becoming a key reference point within the house. The sectional drawing shows how the house adapts to the sloped terrain with minimal earthwork. The roof follows the natural incline, creating varying heights and interior spaces that feel connected and filled with light.
La idea general del proyecto es sencilla: una arquitectura que acompaña al paisaje. En Casa Nola, esta intención se refleja en una construcción sobria, bien integrada al lugar y pensada para disfrutar del entorno sin alterar su carácter.
